In this episode of LDN MEETS, LDN PHYSIO Shoulder Lead Nathan sits down with Daniel, a Team GB kendo athlete, to talk about his journey in kendo, the demands of competing internationally, and how shoulder rehabilitation at the clinic helped him return to training with more confidence.
Daniel shares what it takes to train and compete in kendo, the difference between training in the UK and Japan, the physical and mental demands of the sport, and how recurring shoulder instability started to affect his performance. We also cover how sport-specific shoulder rehab can help athletes rebuild trust in their body, improve confidence in overhead positions, and return to the movements their sport actually demands.
Daniel is currently preparing with the GB Kendo team for the European Championships. As kendo is self-funded, the team are raising money to support competitions, training camps, and international preparation.

Great to hear how shoulder rehab helped Daniel get back to Team GB kendo. The comparison between UK and Japan training styles sounds fascinating—I'd love to learn more about the specific rehab techniques used. I've been looking into shoulder instability recovery myself. https://image-to-3d.com
The shoulder rehab story is inspiring — moving from instability to Team GB kendo takes serious dedication. "Check out https://ai-3d-modeling.com
Love hearing how Daniel rebuilt shoulder stability to compete at Team GB level — that rehab-to-competition arc is inspiring. For kendo athletes dealing with recurring shoulder issues, I've been using https://kling-motion.com
I’m based in the UK and I found this while scrolling through comments under a blog post about roulette habits. Someone mentioned that having a single place to compare different options can help avoid impulsive decisions. That made sense to me because I’ve had moments where I switched too quickly between games and ended up frustrated. So I decided to test it out for myself. While exploring, I spent time on https://roulettesiteshub.co.uk and liked how it gave me a clearer overview instead of pushing me in different directions. It actually helped me slow down my usual approach.
Across several UK gaming threads, Fish & Spins Casino was mentioned in usability discussions. The observation was that layouts remained clear even during long sessions and navigation stayed simple and intuitive. It wasn’t emphasized, just part of a wider conversation. That mention gave credibility and reflected how British players value clarity, while consistent design was noted as a factor that builds trust
