MULTI-INJURIES?

If you need assessment for two or more current injuries, or you have an existing diagnosis and require a more complex review, an MOT may not be suitable.

Instead, book an extended physiotherapy session with one of our specialists for a fully tailored, multi-area assessment.

Returning to padel after injury? Or looking to elevate your performance and stay injury-free? The Padel MOT is designed for you.

Whether you compete, play socially, or are increasing your training load, one thing is certain: the way your body moves, absorbs force, and recovers directly influences your performance and longevity on court.

The Padel MOT is a comprehensive, clinician-led performance assessment designed specifically for the demands of padel. We analyse movement patterns, joint function, strength, muscular imbalances and injury risk factors through a sport-specific lens.

You will receive a clear, structured report of your findings, and your therapist will guide you through the results step by step. Based on the assessment, they may recommend personalised interventions such as:

  • Mobility & stability corrections

  • Prehab or rehab exercises

  • Load management guidance

  • Tailored recovery or S&C programming

If needed, follow-up sessions with our Physiotherapists, Coaches, or Recovery Specialists can be arranged to support your ongoing development.

Remove the guesswork and let our Specialist Physiotherapists show you exactly how to improve and perform at your best.
