HEIDI PURDON-FRASER
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Originally from Bristol, Heidi fell in love with manual therapy and massage after receiving treatment herself for various injuries. This inspired Heidi to train initially in Sports massage, learning to treat complex cases from a rehab perspective, working in award winning clinics alongside Physiotherapists and Osteopaths helping clients through their recovery.
Having worked in a multidisciplinary environment Heidi found huge benefits in holistic styles of treatment. Since, she has gone on to train in several forms of massage, joining and overlapping techniques to provide the unique approach to her sessions based on her clients needs.
Having played tennis since the age of 4, Heidi knows the impact an injury can have for people and how taking time out for treatment can be just as much about looking after the mind as it is the body. Heidi's passion in massage centres around injury prevention, focusing on maintenance treatments to allow the body to function at its best.
When she's not treating or on a tennis court, Heidi is probably either gallivanting around the streets of London, testing her useless knowledge in pub quizzes or learning something new (currently attempting to learn all the Underground tube stations!)
