In 2016 - Nic, Jonny & Mani were working together as senior Physiotherapists in a busy NHS outpatient department in East London.
They started LDN PHYSIO with the aim to offer a tailored, quality physiotherapy service to Londoners; and grow as clinicians, as well as business owners.

Jonny is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 8 years experience and a wealth of knowledge across a broad range of sporting injuries.
With experience at a Premier League football academy and at the IAAF World Athletic Championships 2017, London, Jonny has treated athletes at the highest level. Jonny’s knowledge doesn’t stop there.
He specialises in the treatment and management all musculoskeletal injuries but has a keen interest in injuries of the lower limb and coaching footballers to ultra-marathon runners back to their best.
Jonny will identify your diagnosis, work with you to create a tailor-made rehabilitation program and get you back to your activity as soon and as safely as possible.
After graduating from the renowned St George’s (University of London), Ibby has gained extensive experience in both the NHS and private sector.
She is now a specialist MSK physiotherapist with over 8 years of experience and continues to develop her skills via courses/updates such as Shoulder Rehab and Aquatic Therapy (foundation level). The next stage of her professional development revolves around all things Pelvic Health!
In addition, she is a qualified acupuncturist via the AACP and in particular has a keen interest in fracture rehab having worked in many a busy NHS fracture clinics. She has managed patients ranging from acute sporting injuries to chronic back pain and always adopts a holistic approach to her treatments.
Ibby is also fluent in Dutch, Somali and a touch of Hindi.
Nic is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 8 years experience. After graduating with a first class honours Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2012, he then went on to work in a wide variety of clinical settings, ranging from some of the largest NHS trusts in London to professional sports clinics, and has gained extensive experience at assessing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
His passion for physiotherapy, particularly sports physiotherapy, stems from a successful swimming career in France his home country where he competed at national level. His special interests include post-operative and return-to-sport rehabilitation, and he particularly enjoys working with swimmers and runners of all levels.
He also has a keen interest in physiotherapy in the workplace and has undertook extra training in office health & ergonomics. He has run on-site clinics in companies of all sizes including some of the biggest corporations and enjoys helping businesses improve workplace productivity and well-being.
Alice is a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist working in central London. She has 5 years of clinical experience after graduating in 2016 with a first class honours degree.
She has worked across a breadth of settings in the NHS and sport, from working in a central London A+E department to the IAAF World Para-athletic Championships, FA Women’s Championship clubs and the World Transplant Games.
With experience of treating anything from acute sports injuries to long term neurological conditions, Alice adopts a comprehensive holistic approach, and works with her patients to ensure their physio experience is driven by their goals.
She is currently undertaking her AACP acupuncture qualification, and is interested in everything sport and exercise related, being a keen runner and gym-goer herself.
Mani is a senior musculoskeletal Physiotherapist working in East London. His work across different NHS trusts and specialities has enabled him to grow his experience in treating patients with varying conditions.
His special interests include nutrition, return to sports and calisthenics.
Prior to entering the world of physiotherapy, Mani studied Neuroscience where he was passionate about neural plasticity, motor imagery and neurodegenerative disorders. He feels that his extensive research into sleep, stress and motivation play a large part in the rehabilitating patients back to full fitness.

Ruth is passionate about bringing the best out of everyone in her classes, encouraging you to dig deep and trust your own ability. She makes a mission to push you into your very best to help increase your strength, motivation & energy, not only during her workouts but also in your everyday life.
She's made the "strong body starts with a strong mind" motto hers - and it never makes as much sense as when she takes you through her finishers!
