In late 2016 - Nic, Jonny & Mani were working together as senior Physiotherapists in a busy outpatient department in East London.
They started LDN PHYSIO with the aim to offer a tailored, quality physiotherapy service to patients of East London; and grow as clinicians, as well as business owners.

Jonny is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 8 years experience and a wealth of knowledge across a broad range of sporting injuries.
With experience at a Premier League football academy and at the IAAF World Athletic Championships 2017, London, Jonny has treated athletes at the highest level. Jonny’s knowledge doesn’t stop there.
He specialises in the treatment and management all musculoskeletal injuries but has a keen interest in injuries of the lower limb and coaching footballers to ultra-marathon runners back to their best.
Jonny will identify your diagnosis, work with you to create a tailor-made rehabilitation program and get you back to your activity as soon and as safely as possible.
After graduating from the renowned St George’s (University of London), Ibby has gained extensive experience in both the NHS and private sector.
She is now a specialist MSK physiotherapist with over 8 years of experience and continues to develop her skills via courses/updates such as Shoulder Rehab and Aquatic Therapy (foundation level). The next stage of her professional development revolves around all things Pelvic Health!
In addition, she is a qualified acupuncturist via the AACP and in particular has a keen interest in fracture rehab having worked in many a busy NHS fracture clinics. She has managed patients ranging from acute sporting injuries to chronic back pain and always adopts a holistic approach to her treatments.
Ibby is also fluent in Dutch, Somali and a touch of Hindi.
Nic is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 8 years experience. After graduating with a first class honours Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2012, he then went on to work in a wide variety of clinical settings, ranging from some of the largest NHS trusts in London to professional sports clinics, and has gained extensive experience at assessing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
His passion for physiotherapy, particularly sports physiotherapy, stems from a successful swimming career in France his home country where he competed at national level. His special interests include post-operative and return-to-sport rehabilitation, and he particularly enjoys working with swimmers and runners of all levels.
He also has a keen interest in physiotherapy in the workplace and has undertook extra training in office health & ergonomics. He has run on-site clinics in companies of all sizes including some of the biggest corporations and enjoys helping businesses improve workplace productivity and well-being.
Mani is a senior musculoskeletal Physiotherapist working in East London. His work across different NHS trusts and specialities has enabled him to grow his experience in treating patients with varying conditions.
His special interests include nutrition, return to sports and calisthenics.
Prior to entering the world of physiotherapy, Mani studied Neuroscience where he was passionate about neural plasticity, motor imagery and neurodegenerative disorders. He feels that his extensive research into sleep, stress and motivation play a large part in the rehabilitating patients back to full fitness.
CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
Marshall has a wealth of experience spanning over 10 years within the fitness industry. Having worked with many different types of people to help educate and inspire their fitness journey, Marshall takes great pride in applying his passion and expertise in physical training to all clients. He has studied a wide variety of fitness disciplines, including but not limited to Power lifting, Olympic weight lifting, Yoga, Boxing, Spinning and Kettle Bells. His experience has included working with very high profile members of Government, Press correspondents and Police during his time as a Master trainer at the In House Parliamentary Gym.
Marshall lives and breathes his craft, and can often be found rock climbing or taking part in
Duathlons and fitness challenges at weekends. Marshall’s friendly and relaxed nature allows him to connect with all walks of life. His keen eye for technique and creative exercise planning, coupled with his passion for coaching, truly shines through when teaching on both a personal level or a group setting, providing maximised results for all his clients.
