Our 60-min Running Analysis session includes video analysis, sensor-measured running data, treadmill and/or outdoor analysis, as well as general strength and mobility testing specific to your own level or sport.
We’ll also review your current training programme and guide you towards specific exercises to supplement your training and work key areas for improvement, so you can continue to train symptom-free and improve your efficiency.
You'll leave with advice that you can apply easily and see changes in your running straight away.
