These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the terms under which you may use the services of LDN PHYSIO Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Appointments (including Cancellation & Rescheduling policy)

​

Reminder emails and/or text messages are sent as a courtesy to all our clients, however the onus is on yourself to keep a record of all of your future appointments. To cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a charge, we require at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments being cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be liable to a late cancellation charge of £50.

Before booking an appointment with us, we encourage all clients to review our FAQs for details on our services.

 

Key terms include:

  • Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a £50 fee (or the loss of any pre-paid deposit). For those using private medical insurance, the charge will be the patient’s responsibility. Extenuating circumstances may be reviewed upon request via reception@ldnphysio.co.uk within 14 days of the missed appointment.

  • Private Medical Insurance Claims: We may be able to bill your insurer directly. However, you remain responsible for payment should the insurer fail to cover costs within 60 days.

  • Chaperone Policy: Patients may bring a family member or friend as a chaperone. Please inform us in advance so we can notify your practitioner.

2. Payment & card details

​

  • We securely store card details via Stripe, Zettle, and AtoA for billing purposes.

  • If you are self-funding, you will be charged automatically after each appointment.

  • If using private medical insurance, card details might be stored in line with our cancellation policy.

  • Card details are removed 1 year after completion of treatment.

  • Package purchases are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-transferable to other patients or services.

3. Purchases & refund policy

​

  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your purchase details.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or error.

  • Refunds are only granted in specific circumstances, and any claims must be submitted within 72 hours of a transaction.

5. Data protection & privacy

​

  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can review on our website.

  • We comply with GDPR and UK data protection laws to safeguard your information.

  • By booking an appointment, you consent to us storing and processing your data as required

6. Liability & disclaimer

​

  • Our services are provided on an "as is" basis, and while we strive for the highest standards, we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

7. Changes to these terms

​

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.
