Stretching solo is tough - doing it right is even tougher. Our trained Stretch Therapist Clemence takes the pressure off by guiding your body through effective, targeted stretches. You’ll feel looser, more mobile, and ready to take on whatever comes next. Add in massage, and you’ve got a deeply restorative session that eases tension and boosts recovery.
Let’s face it—most of us know we should probably give stretch and mobility a proper look… but when it comes to actually doing it, it often ends up low on the priority list. Whether you’re glued to a desk all day, smashing gym sessions, or just feeling tight in all the wrong places, Stretch Therapy could be exactly what your body’s been asking for (without you realising it).
We’re excited to launch Stretch Therapy at LDN PHYSIO, now available at our Old Street and Elephant & Castle clinics, led by our brilliant stretch therapist, Clémence.
Meet Clémence
Clémence’s journey started over a decade ago with a love for yoga, which eventually evolved into a passion for helping others move and feel better. Her work in assisted stretching opened her eyes to just how transformational it can be—freeing up stiff joints, easing tension, and helping people reconnect with their bodies. She went on to study anatomy in depth, became a certified mat Pilates instructor, and recently added a Level 3 Sports Massage qualification to her toolkit. Now, she brings all of that together in her stretch sessions—blending mobility work, muscle release, and mindful movement. Basically, your body’s in very good hands.
So, What Is Stretch Therapy?
Stretch Therapy is a hands-on, guided approach to flexibility and mobility. Instead of trying to figure out what your body needs alone, Clémence will do the work for you—taking you through tailored stretches that target tight areas and bring balance back to your muscles and joints.
It’s ideal for:

Speeding up post-workout recovery
Releasing tension and easing muscle stiffness
Supporting injury prevention and rehab
