What is VIP15?
Essentially it's free treatment, on us! This card gives you access to 15 minutes of treatment entirely free across any of our services (physio, osteo, wellness).
These 15 minutes can be used on their own: for instance if you pop down for a quick 15 min neck & shoulder massage session in your lunch break, or for a physiotherapy / osteo mini consultation to check on a niggle or injury.
Or you can use them as part of a standard, longer session: and we'll deduct £1 for each card minute. For instance a 30min massage session which is normally £50, will be £35 with a VIP15 card, or an £85 initial physiotherapy consultation will be £70... You get the idea!

How do I book my session?
If you would like a free 15min session, simply book yourself in by clicking on the type of treatment you would like below. You will be prompted to choose your location, and your date and time.
If you would like to use your minutes within a standard session, then simply go through our normal booking process and we'll apply your discount at the clinic.

Who are we?
LDN PHYSIO was created in 2017 to raise awareness of what is achievable through physiotherapy and the benefits of using medical, sports and scientific knowledge to reach all sorts of goals and milestones.
We provide a one-stop shop for all your prehab and rehab needs, through quality physiotherapy, osteopathy, and wellness services - all geared towards getting you back on track quickly and helping you achieve goals you'd never thought you could.
Our therapies
Musculoskeletal & sports physiotherapy is our bread and butter, and across our London clinics, we have specialist physios ready to support you through injury, surgery or in any sport and activity you are into.

We also have sports osteopaths in-house, who are amazing at treating more acute flare ups, or as part of your management strategy for more chronic conditions, especially related to the spine.

Our massage therapists provide a whole range of soft tissue therapy treatments, from sports massage to cupping, pregnancy massage to scar massage,

We have built amazing links with consultants and surgeons around London should we need to refer you on for specialist care. Lastly, our sports nutritionist and sports psychologist are also at hand to support more comprehensive rehabilitation.
Our locations
We have clinics in Old Street, Hackney Central, Elephant & Castle and Kentish Town. Please bear in mind that certain services displayed on our website might only be available at our Old Street HQ. If you are interested in getting treatment we currently don't provide at your nearest location, you are welcome to visit any clinic location, and your discount will apply.
