HOW IT WORKS: FROM TEST TO REPAIR
This is more than testing. It’s a 90-120 minute deep-dive into your strength, endurance, and movement, followed by hands-on guidance to address niggles and build resilience.

2. LINK THE NIGGLES
Your sports physio connects the data to what you feel: aches, asymmetries, load tolerance, technique leaks.
