ARE YOU DUE A BODY MOT?
What is it?
Our Body MOT is a comprehensive assessment into the areas of your body under the most strain from the activities you are doing or aiming to do. It helps you identify what and how to change so you can perform better, avoid injuries and remain pain-free.
Who is it for?
For people who want to understand how they can function better in what they do. Whether you’re taking up a new sport or activity or you’re increasing the intensity of your current training; or whether you have a recurring injury or niggle and want to check for any underlying issues.
How does it work?
Our Body MOT runs over two 45mins sessions and costs £130 in total. In the first session, your Physiotherapist will perform specific tests and measurements, assess how you move and function and will analyse your daily activities and/or exercise routine.
In the follow-up session, we'll give you a detailed report of your assessment findings and discuss the results together. Your Physiotherapist will then use a range of techniques including biomechanical correction, mobilisation and strengthening to show you how to address the issues identified. If needed, further sessions with our Physios or Coaches can be arranged for you to carry on treatment.

YOUR BODY MOT TAILORED TO YOU
Most clinics who run Body MOTs will run the same tests for every patient. At LDN PHYSIO, we make sure your Body MOT is relevant to you and what you do.
From body fat % and other generic measurements, to sport-specific and goal-specific screening, you can be sure you'll leave with results that mean something to you and will help you towards achieving your own personal goals.
Your assessment can include: postural analysis, movement testing, strength testing, video analysis of functional & sport-specific activities, as well as more generic measurements such as BMI, body fat % and nutritional review - and much more.
