Mani's Self-Isolation Kitchen Recipes

It can be hard to maintain a good, balanced diet when Self Isolating. But fear not, Mani our Physio & very own Nutrition Adviser has put together a series of yummy recipes that need a minimum amount of easy-to-find ingredients (or ones that can be replaced easily) for you! Keep an eye out on our Instagram and Facebook feeds for more. 👨🏽‍🍳

We want to make sure we do our bit to help our clients where possible.  If you don’t think our online services are suitable for you after your first session, we will immediately refund you 100% of the consultation fee.

We're covered by most of the main insurance companies in the UK. We advise that you contact your insurer prior to your initial appointment to assure cover.
