1. PERSONAL TRAINING (FACE-TO-FACE)
Get access to a truly bespoke training programme +/- meal plan, with regular face-to-face personal training sessions (in our studio, your gym or in the park). Our team of Physiotherapists is also here as needed to address any niggles.
2. PERSONAL TRAINING (ONLINE PLANS)
If you cannot come to the studio or prefer to keep things online, we also offer online plans. The same bespoke experience, simply without the face-to-face sessions. You can plan regular video training sessions with your Trainer where you go through the routine together, or if you prefer you can also do things on your own. You will get regular follow-up and support from your Trainer to ensure you remain on track, as well as support from our team of Physiotherapists as needed.
4. ISOLATION WORKOUTS AND RECIPES

Gyms are closed but don’t let being isolated stop you from keeping fit! Our Personal Trainer Marshall has put together a series of workouts you can do at home. Keep an eye out on our Instagram and Facebook feeds for more.

It can be hard to maintain a good, balanced diet when Self Isolating. But fear not, Mani our Physio & very own Nutrition Adviser has put together a series of yummy recipes that need a minimum amount of easy-to-find ingredients (or ones that can be replaced easily) for you!
