Service Description

Hitting the slopes this year? Make sure you're ready for it and come back injury-free with our ski workout class. Drawing on training techniques used with pro skiers and snowboarders, expect a few thigh burners! You'll learn what muscles are important for skiing and how to train them at home or in the gym. You'll also get the LDN PHYSIO Ski Warm-Up PDF emailed to your address so you can start each day safely (there's no magic hangover cure in there though!). Get ready to own the slopes!
